Bio – Chaos Fallen | Modern melodic death metal for the end of days

Chaos Fallen is a melodic death metal band from Alicante, Spain, formed in 2022 by veterans of Head Over Hell and Threat Inside. Rooted in melodeath but reaching into groove, power, thrash, early metalcore and hard rock, they’ve released the singles “Fail Again”, “Into the Ocean”, “Nihilistic Bliss” and “Out From Under”, and their debut album “In Spite of Everything” (April 2026).

Vocals

A lifelong music fan since childhood. He discovered metal, punk and industrial in his teens and was hooked for good. Making music wasn't on his radar until, at 18, friends pushed him to audition for a local band, which sparked a true passion, and the rest is history. Since then he's fronted and played in metal, rock, punk and industrial bands across the UK and Spain (Locoust, Snide and Threat Inside among them). After his last band split he nearly walked away from music entirely; Chaos Fallen reignited the fire. For him this project fuses the lyrical and vocal influences of everything he's done before: channeling raw emotion and telling stories, an attempt to make sense of the chaos of the universe, all while dodging an inevitable existential crisis! Into metal and industrial, shaped by Fear Factory, In Flames, Nine Inch Nails, A Perfect Circle, Children of Bodom and Caliban. He's also known to occasionally scream along to pop songs.

Jose Khaos

Guitar

Jose started playing music at nine, studying classical guitar and piano at the conservatoire, the root of his love for composition and orchestral writing. Early on, he turned to the electric guitar and made metal his main genre. He's played with bands such as Stramonium and Head Over Hell. For him, metal isn't just an art form. It's a way to express emotion, from anger to vulnerability. His approach as composer and lead guitarist draws on years of dedication and a deep connection with the music he loves. All that restlessness led to this project. Chaos Fallen is more than a band. It's an open window into himself, letting music speak when words aren't enough. Influences span classical, rock and metal: Insomnium, Arch Enemy, Dawn of Tears, Omnium Gatherum.

Drums

Born in Alicante in 1976, he began playing the drums at the early age of 36, and was lucky to meet his mentor and friend, maestro Leandro Neco (aka Lenny Drummer). His influences run from Spanish legends like Obús and Barón Rojo through Iron Maiden, Accept and Metallica to modern acts like In Flames, Trivium and Amon Amarth. He's previously played with Largo Viaje, Grupo Ilícito and Head Over Hell (alongside Jose Khaos), and now Chaos Fallen.

Eloy "Jackgore"

Bass

Born in Alicante in 1989. In 2006, armed with a BC RICH, he formed a Black/Death metal group; but in 2007 the whole lineup merged into the now-defunct Brutal Death Slamming outfit Putrefaktion Society. In 2008 he swapped guitar for bass. In 2010 he dropped music altogether; 2011–2014 he played with drummer D-Tremor before stepping away again. He returned in 2024 with Chaos Fallen. Influenced by everything from soft rock to extreme metal, punk, rap, electronic, classical, flamenco… Bassists he rates: Pepe Bao (O'Funk'illo) and Gordo (Non Servium). Gear: Ibanez GSR200, Ibanez SR300, Ampeg RocketBass 115 amp.

Born in Mexico City on 1 December 1977; a year later his family moved to Aguascalientes, where at seventeen his passion for the guitar ignited. At twenty he entered the Manuel M. Ponce conservatoire as a performance major, forming his first group, Clamart. At twenty-four he left the conservatoire for private lessons with Juan José Lozoya, honing technique and applying theory to arrangements. He arrived in Spain in 2009 and joined Largo Viaje as guitarist the following year. Eclectic influences: Caifanes, Víctimas del Doctor Cerebro, Coda, Metallica, Ozzy Osbourne, Ángeles del Infierno, Helloween, Megadeth, Alan Parsons, Héroes del Silencio.
